Tea and Tisane Talk & Tasting with Short and Stout Tea Co.

Join us at the Troy Public Library on January 21st at 6:00 pm to warm up with this tea workshop. What is tea, anyway? Most people don’t know that white, green, oolong and black tea all come from the same tea plant. It’s only what happens after it is plucked that makes these different kinds of teas unique. In this informative session, Matthew, Teaologist from Short and Stout Tea in Guilderland, will discuss topics on tea basics, the history of tea, and of course, a tea tasting!
