Are you going to sue them? No. Why not? After all is said and done, the only thing that matters is how you treated others. But when they said you had to have someone with you or go to assisted living, they discriminated against you on 2 grounds: age and disability. Your civil rights were violated, too. Very few people know that a civil rights action can go directly to the Supreme Court of the United States. You do not have to start out at District Court in Albany. I am not going to do it even though I would love to have a case in the US Supreme Court. On one of my cases to the Supreme Court, I got a split vote: 8 justices against me but Justice Kennedy voted for me. Wow! Why don’t you go to the Supreme Court again? It would cost the owners $50,000, win or lose. Do you dislike them because of what they did to you? I did at first, but now I love them more than ever. Why? That is what makes things nice, and that is the only way to solve problems.
