Glendora Vegetarian Club

The Glendora Vegetarian Club was thrilled with the rich variety offered by Berben & Wolff, an all-vegan eatery in Troy. It was ample veganism, overflowing with options. Glendora had a Reuben and a pumpkin S’more. Madeline has a breakfast sandwich – vegan cheese, bacon and eggs. Maxine had a sunflower burger. Liveliness and ambience abounded.

The following is a quote from Powerful Vegan Messages by Jay Dinshah, founder of The American Vegan Society: “Veganism is a way of living guided by ahimsa and reverence for life. Veganism utilizes a completely plant-sourced diet that is varied and abundant. Vegans are people who choose veganism as a lifestyle. Vegans reject the use of all animal products in food, clothing and commodities and all other forms of cruelty to the animal kingdom insofar as possible. This includes research, medicine, sport and entertainment.” The Glendora Vegan commercials to help the animals are on the Channel 6 6:30 p.m. news, Monday through Friday the week of Octobe

Find peace: go vegan! Would you like a Vegan Starter Guide? Call Glendora. Reminder: you can buy a vegan ice cream cone any day in Nassau Village at Smiles.

Jokes: 1. The Apostle Paul wrote, “I have learned to be content in no matter what state I find myself.” That includes the state of New York. 2. What did Tennessee? That same thing Arkansas. 3. If you are traveling you don’t want to be in Chicago IL. If you need a doctor, go to Baltimore MD. 4. What did Delaware? Her New Jersey. 5. Work is very important. Everybody should have a job. Where else are you going to rest up after your vacation? 6. The room clerk said to the traveler, Do you want a room with a tub or a shower? What’s the difference? With a tub you have a chance to sit down.
