Glendora Vegeterian Club

Is God everything there is? Is there any other power than God? Is there anything but God’s love, oneness, wholeness and goodness? No. God is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent. You say there is a devil. The devil is selfishness, egotism and “me first.” It doesn’t exist. It’s a scam, a sham, a hoax. It promises everything and is incapable of delivering anything. Jesus Christ said, “He was a liar from the beginning.” If you think there is some other power than our great God, then you have to change your thinking. St. Paul said, “Do not conform to the world; be transformed by the renewal of your thought.” Shakespeare said it in one line: There is neither good nor bad but thinking makes it so.” It is mind over matter.

Jokes

1. What do you call a veterinarian who specializes in elephant skin disease?

A pachydermatologist.

2. Before I was married, I had 3 theories about raising children and no children. Now I am married. I have 3 children and no theories.

3. What does a report card teach a parent?

You don’t have to lift weights to raise a dumbbell.

4. What is the state of your finances?

Liquid assets.

What does that mean?

Everything is going down the drain.

5. Work is very important. Where else are you going to rest up after your vacation?

Do you know anyone who wants free room and board in exchange for light housekeeping and light office work? Do you know anyone who wants a job?
