City and Downtown Troy Business Improvement District officials joined cafe owner Charlotte Guyton for the ceremony on the first floor of The News Apartments, the former Troy Record building.

Game curators are available to help with game instructions.
The cost is $5 per person for unlimited games.
The menu has snacks (gourmet popcorn, Halloween candy bowls, poutine), grilled sandwiches and seasonal pastries. The drink menu includes hot and iced teas (developed with Short & Stout), coffee (Brewtus Roasting Co. and Deathwish Coffee) and cocktails.
A self-serve cooler carries local beer and cider, kombucha and nostalgic sodas.
