FOIL records expose CCCDW as DEC shill
A “shill,” also called a plant or a stooge in this case of the “Great Hunt” for the source of the PFAS in our groundwater, is a group of persons known as the CCCDW in Poestenkill who publicly help or give credibility to an organization, the DEC, without disclosing that they have a close relationship with said organization, which relationship was just exposed in the latest batch of e-mails released by DEC through FOIL.
Who exactly these people are comprising the “steering committee” of CCCDW is unknown, because in releasing the records showing complicity between CCCDW and DEC to suppress the voices of affected Poestenkill residents, the DEC has taken pains to scrub their last names from the record to protect their accomplices in this matter.
As to censoring and suppressing the voices of Poestenkill residents, in an e-mail from Greg (last name redacted), to Brittany O’Brien-Drake of DEC on February 18, 2022 @ 12:49 PM, Re: Project update in Poestenkill, we have the complicity between CCCDW, a DEC front group posing as a citizen’s group, as follows: When would you like our questions or specific areas to address?
That is with respect to setting up the agenda for a ZOOM meeting on 24 February 2022 with this proposed format:
Welcome – Me – 5 minutes
CCCDW update – Philip (last name redacted)
10 minutes Update from the town – Keith Hammond
5 minutes Update from DEC
10 minutes Update from RCDOH, Rich Elder
Questions and discussion -15 minutes
Wrap up – 5 minutes
And then we come to the part of silencing our voices, to wit: We intend to mute everyone but the speaker(s) and questions will be submitted via the comment field and most likely read by me.
Then, on February 22, 2022 @ 11:58 AM, Greg (last name redacted) followed that up in another e-mail to Brittany O’Brien-Drake of DEC, as follows: The host will have everyone muted except for the speaker(s), as I previously mentioned.
Talk about censorship, there it is right there before our eyes.

Stefanik Hyprocisy
One of Congresswoman Elaine Stefanik’s advisors was recently quoted as saying that Stefanik has “never advocated for any racist position or made a racist statement.”
Representative Stefanik’s support of Donald Trump makes this statement a lie. Trump has been a racist his whole adult life. He and his father were successfully sued by the Justice Department in the 70’s for housing discrimination against minorities. He has called Mexicans “rapists.” At Charlottesville, “good people on both sides.” The list goes on and on.
Lead by Trump, the Republican Party has been taken over largely by far right, extremist racists who have contributed to the toxic environment where domestic terrorists, indoctrinated in racist theories, go to murder African-Africans and minorities – Buffalo being the most recent tragic event.
