Stephentown New Resident Welcome Reception

Are you new to Stephentown? We would like to welcome you to town! Have you lived in Stephentown for a while, or forever? Come and mingle, and welcome some new residents!

We know how much community connections contribute to overall life satisfaction, so the Stephentown Memorial Library is looking forward to hosting this second in a series of new resident welcome receptions to help forge stronger community ties.

Join us on Sunday, August 6 from 11:00am-1:00pm for a Bagel Brunch at the Stephentown Memorial Library. During this casual welcome reception you can learn about local resources, tour the library, and make some new friends, while enjoying breakfast and beverages. If you like, bring one cup of your favorite fruit to add to a large community fruit salad for all to enjoy!

Bonus: Birds of Prey from Robinson’s Wildlife Lectures will follow the reception at 1:00pm under the tent on the library lawn. Don’t miss the chance to see raptors and other amazing birds in this live demonstration which is free to adults and children alike.

Last year’s new resident event was a great success. Let’s keep the momentum going. If you have a new neighbor, or know of a new family in town, please spread the word!
