Glendora Vegeterian Club

What is a vegan? A vegan is nothing more than somebody who wants to be kind. A vegan refuses to hand money to a check-out clerk to finance agony and torture. These dear animals are little brothers and sisters. We do not have dominion over them. We have stewardship. If you want a burger, go to Burger King and enjoy their vegan hamburger.

Please watch Soul to Soul, A Chat with Glendora, on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter: meditations, Bible passages, hymns and jokes. We are on program number 13,660.

On Friday the 13th, Claudia Cunningham and her friend Margaret Ann are going to Whole Foods with Glendora’s money and buy an abundant take-out of overflowing goodness with paper plates (no dishes to wash!). Claudia and Margaret Ann were friends at 8 years old and watched The SS Glendora on TV together. They are still friends.

Jokes

1. The teacher said to write an essay on life in Colonial times. One boy wrote, “Things were tough in Colonial times. Kids had to play video games by candlelight.

2. The driver said, “You were a tidy little boy not to throw your banana peel on the floor of the bus. Where did you put it?”

The boy answered, “In the pocket of the man sitting next to me.”

3. Mother: The piano teacher will be here in 15 minutes. Did you wash your hands and face?

Child: Yes.

Mother: Did you wash your ears?

Child: I washed the one next to her.

4. It used to be IOU. Now it’s IOEverybody.

5. What did one ghost say to another?

I don’t know.

Frankly, I don’t believe in people.

With a vegan lifestyle and television dedication, Glendora is 94 years old with no doctors and no medication.
