Glendora Vegetarian Club

Folks, guess what the Northeast Vegetarian Society did. They gave a non vegan a contest prize of $100 for eating vegan for one full day. What do you think they did next? They gave a non vegan $500 for eating vegan for one full week. Guess what they did next. They gave $1000 to a non vegan for going vegan for a whole month. When did all this happen? It happened in October, 2019, during National Vegetarian Month.

2. Did I ever tell you about the teenager who said to me, “I’m going to keep talking until I find out what it is I want to say”?

3. God made man. God looked him all over. God said, “I can do better than this.” That’s when He created woman.

Gilead’s Body & Soul Pantry

CENTER BRUNSWICK – According to the calendar Spring is to begin in March. Let’s hope Mother Nature looks at the calendar. Well enough of that, let’s spring into the menu for his month. People say I’m a bit of a ham, so that will be the entrée for this month. The vegetable and potato that we are serving is a secret as of this writing. Dessert is also going to be a surprise because one of the possibilities depends on Mother Nature controlling the temperature.

Our hours remain the same, 3:00-6:00 PM and as usual Lisa and her workers will have your pantry order ready for you to pick up. If you have never visited us before you may call Lisa at 518-279-3576 to order the items you need.

We are located in the fellowship hall of Gilead Lutheran Church in Center Brunswick. Follow Route 7 to Route 278 and we are the big brick church on Route 278.
