Selkirk Fire Dept. Station No. 1 Auxiliary Fish Fry Take-Out Dinners
SELKIRK – On Friday, February 24th, Friday, March 10th & March 24th, and Friday, April 7th of 2023, the Selkirk Fire Company No. 1 Auxiliary will be hosting their Annual Fish Fry Take Out dinners.
The monies raised from these dinners help us to provide food and gifts for families in our community during the holidays, as well as provide food for our firefighters during fire and rescue emergencies. In addition, we offer a scholarship to an (RCS) Ravena, Coeymans, and Selkirk graduating senior.

Averill Park Fire Department Breakfast Sandwich Fundraiser
Relax and let the fire company prepare made-to-order breakfast sandwiches for you and the family. Please support our Breakfast Sandwich Fundraiser being held Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 8:00 am until 11:30 am at the Averill Park Fire Station located at 35 Eastern Union Turnpike.
Drive up and order your choice of ham, bacon or sausage on this 2-egg delicious sandwich prepared on Bella Napoli hard rolls, served with a hash brown for just $6 each!! In addition, fresh donuts will also be available for your purchase.
We really appreciate your support and invite you to stop in and see what we do. This is a very rewarding activity for someone who would like to volunteer to help others in their community as both firematic and non-firematic members. We would love to talk to you more about the opportunity.
Love Lutheran Spaghetti Dinner

First Reformed Church Community Dinner
The First Reformed Church of Wynantskill will be hosting our very popular free Community Dinners beginning Wednesday, March 1st through Wednesday May 31st from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. The dinner will include pasta with sauce, salad with choice of dressing and homemade dessert.

Annual Fish Fry Dinners at South Schodack Volunteer Fire Co
The South Schodack Volunteer Fire Co will again offer Fish Fry dinners on Friday evenings, 5:15 to 7:00 p.m., at 1563 Bame Rd. Castleton, during Lent. Dinners will begin on February 24 and end on Good Friday April 7. Hot dogs, Chicken, and Clam chowder will also be served. Eat in or Take out. Phone: 732-2082. Poestenkill Fire Co. Roast Beef Dinner
Please join us for a roast beef dinner on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at the Poestenkill Fire House, 187 Main Street in Poestenkill.
Dinner will be served family style and will consist of roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, coleslaw , and homemade desserts. Serving time will be 5 pm to 6 pm.

Nassau-Shatford Baseball Spaghetti Dinner
Please join us on Saturday, February 25th for an All You Can Eat Spaghetti Dinner to benefit the youth of Nassau-Shatford Baseball.
Dinner will be served from 4pm-7pm at the Tsatsawassa Firehouse located at 9 Firehouse Lane, East Nassau. Dinner includes, Spaghetti, Meatballs, Salad, Roll and Drink. Adults $10.00 Kids $5.00 Kids under 5 eat free. There will also be a 50/50 and other raffles. Hope to see you there!
Emmanuel Reformed Church Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner
Emmanuel Reformed Church in Castleton will be having their Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner, Fund Raiser, on March 11th. There will be 2 sittings, 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm and will be served family style in the Fellowship Hall at Emmanuel Reformed Church, 1150 Maple Hill Rd., Castleton, NY 12033.

Brooks’ BBQ Chicken Dinner Fundraiser at APHS
The Unique Opportunities Club at Averill Park High School is hosting a Chicken Dinner Fundraiser on Wednesday March 15th, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Let the famous Brooks’ BBQ take care of dinner that night! Dinners cost is $15 which includes 1/2 a chicken, a baked potato, coleslaw and a dinner roll. Unique Opportunities is a new club at Averill Park High School with the goal of planning experience based experiences for AP High School students outside of the school day and to fundraise to make these experiences affordable to all students.
Students will expand their horizons, and make connections with their peers. Examples of trips include: professional sporting events, Broadway performances, and hikes in the Adirondacks. Kiwanis Pasta Dinner On Pause – To Resume March 11th
The Sand Lake Kiwanis Club wants to inform the community that we will not be holding our monthly pasta dinners during January and February.
The Kiwanis Community Pasta Dinner fundraiser will resume on Saturday, March 11th from 4PM to 7PM at the West Sand Lake Fire Hall on Rt. 43.
Cost: $10 for adults, $5 for Kids (10yrs. & Younger). Meals will consist of pasta, meatballs, salad, bread, beverage & dessert.
We will look forward to once again preparing delicious pasta dinners for you and your family in March.
All proceeds will support Kiwanis community projects.
