You can see Glendora tell jokes the 2nd Friday of every month at Open Mic at Nassau Free Library. It is so much fun to see and hear people laughing. All this week the Glendora Vegan Commercials that help the animals are on Channel 6 (CBS) during the 6:30 p.m. news.

Join us the last Wednesday of every month for a vegan potluck (no animal products!) at 6 p.m. at 45 Elm St. in the Village of Nassau. We also recommend that you try the new vegan restaurant, Thrive, in Pittsfield, MA.

In 2006 Caryn Hartglass became vegan because she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She was determined to beat it, so she made sure she had the most wholesome, unprocessed foods in her diet. Today she is thriving.

Jokes:  The doctor said there’s nothing I can do for your disease; it’s hereditary. The patient said to send the bill to his dad.

In the 1940s the doctor was so meticulous that when he gave a shot for German measles he gave 2 shots: one for East Germany and one for West Germany.
