Glendora Vegetarian Club

Julia Dunn gave the area a warm visit to 1955-1962 when the S.S. Glendora and Glendora Satellite 6 entertained and educated 6 to 14-year-olds daily on WRGB, Channel 6, General Electric. The interview was broadcast on Positively Upstate, an upbeat refresher of local folks’ altruism.  Glendora was selected because of 220 vegan commercials to help the animals. CBS6 ran a promotional spot saying “a generation of children” the one, the only “Glendora” over 30 times. Please call Julia Dunn, morning anchor if you know an altruist in your neighborhood.

The vegan commercials to help the animals continue this week on CBS 6 on the college basketball finals.   Buffalo International Film Festival- The Buffalo Progressive Dinner inspired the Buffalo International Film festival to go vegan for all its parties, and the American Vegan Society became a sponsor of the festival which ran from October 4-8, 2018. The theme of the festival this year was, “Everybody is included”. Vegan food was served, nobody was left out.  American Vegan 18-3.

Never tell a secret to someone near a clock, time will tell. ~Glendora    518-610-5810
