Kiwanis Pasta Dinner “All-You-Can-Eat” Fundraiser
The Sand Lake Kiwanis Club wants to invite all to participate in a Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser on Saturday, February 9th, from 4PM to 7PM at the West Sand Lake Fire House on Rt. 43. All- you-can-eat; $8.00 for adults, and $5.00 for children 5 to 10 years old, kids under 5 are free. Meals will consist of spaghetti, meatballs, salad, bread, dessert & beverages. Take-out meals are also available by calling (518) 674-3677. A pasta dinner will continue to be held every second Saturday of each month. All proceeds support Kiwanis projects. “Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.”

There is a ew vegan diner in Pittsfield; Schodack Diner has a vegetarian hamburger. Glendora asks Carol, Commissioner for the Aging, to offer a vegan option for meals on wheels. The last Wednesday of February the Glendora Vegetarian Club starts year 7. Last meeting we had vegetarian ham ($25 per roll) petite peas, butternut squash, and Waldorf salad. Hoags Corners Ambulance Pizza Night
The Hoags Corners Volunteer Ambulance will be having Pizza Night on February 15th from 5pm-8pm. Toppings include pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, peppers, onions and black olives. Tsatsawassa Fire Co. Monthly Breakfast
BRAINARD – The members of the Tsatsawassa Protective Fire Company will serve their monthly breakfast on Sunday, February 17, with servings from 8AM until 11:30AM. Breakfast consists of your choice of French toast or pancakes, as well as bacon or sausage, toast, orange juice, applesauce, beverages and eggs prepared to your specifications at a donation of $7 for adults., $4 for children 5–12 and under 5 free.
