Chase Away Winter Blues- FUN for A Cause
January 19, 2019, 5–9 pm
The Nøpiates Committee along with the support of other community members and organizations including Sand Lake Kiwanis and Burden Lake Country Club will host FUN FOR A CAUSE on January 19th, 2019 beginning at 5pm. Proceeds to benefit local students with safe and sober recreational activities.
All are welcome to join Nøpiates Committee members at Burden Lake Country Club, 162 Totem Lodge Road, Averill Park. Dinners are available for purchase from 5 to 9 pm. Live Entertainment provided by The Lost Art Band from 6 to 9 pm. No cover charge, but donations accepted, free appetizers will be available. 50/50 raffle, silent and live auction items also available.
Nøpiates Committee is a local community organization that is committed to raising addiction awareness while providing support and advocating for those who have been affected by substance use disorders. At the event educational information and recovery resources will also be available.

VFW Post 7338 Pancake Breakfast Buffet
The VFW Post 7338, Hays Road, East Greenbush will hold a Pancake Breakfast Buffet on Sunday, Jan 20, 2019, from 9 am to 12 noon.
Buttermilk Pancakes, French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Home Fries, Corned Beef Hash, Toast, Sliced Peaches, Coffee, Tea, Water and Juice.
Adults – $9.00; Children 6 to 12 – $5.00; Children under 6 – Free
