Free Relationships Event ~ How To Avoid Being A Statistic

We have to stop asking of marriage & relationships what God never intended them be – perfect. Instead, we need to learn to appreciate what they were intended to provide – partnership, fulfillment, and purpose. We were made for relationships, created as social beings. That was our design. God’s plan was for a man and a women to become one. While this can be exciting, it brings challenges! Join us at Connecting Point Church for this FREE Relationships Event on Friday, October 4th from 7:00-8:30pm and Saturday, October, 5th from 9:00am-2:30pm where there will be several breakout sessions, relationship building activities, and a time for lunch. We will provide you with some tested techniques that will dig deep to address your core motives and desires for your relationship. There are no shortcuts or secrets…however, applying these skills and/or working through the hurt is the birthplace for a newfound closeness. In the end, it will have been worth the effort! Register online at www.connectingpoint.church

Church Of The Redeemer

Sunday services are at 8:00 and 9:30 followed by coffee hour in the Hearth Room.

Our Crafting group thanks the couple who donated yarn, hooks, and needles to us. We meet on Wednesday at 10:00. In the 1700’s, the loom we are using was called a Knitting Jennie. If you made potholders on a loom, you can make hats, scarves, and sweaters on a Knitting Jennie.

This Wednesday’s Bible Study is entitled “Living Water.” We travel to the oasis of En Gedi in the Judean Wilderness. Come at 5:30 to share pizza. Bible Study begins at 6:00

The Church of the Redeemer is located on CDTA bus route #214 at the corner of Third and Catherine Streets. There is handicap parking, a ramp in front, and a parking lot in the rear. Email RedeemerRensselaer@nullgmail.com or call 518-650-8181. Our website is www.RedeemerRensselaer.com.
