Fall Book Sale Coming Soon!

SAND LAKE – The Sand Lake Town Library Friends will be holding their Fall Book Sale on Saturday, October 16th from 10a.m. to 2:00p.m. at the library. We’ve got books for all ages and tastes, so come check it out! Perhaps you are planning to attend “Amazing Graves” (a program by the Sand Lake Center for the Arts) that weekend as well — you could do both since they take place on Rt. 66. The SLTL Friends are seeking new community-minded members to help us help the library by sponsoring activities and events, as well as helping it grow. We recently wrapped up our “Explore AP” companion activity to the summer reading program. Many people enjoyed visiting some new and well-known places in our community. Support us in whatever way works best for you: visit sandlaketownlibrary.org/friends/ or the library to join with our brochure, purchase a Friends tote bag for $20, join us the second Tuesday of each month, and come to the Book Sale on October 16th.
