Tisane Talk & Tasting with Short and Stout Tea Company

Join us at the Troy Public Library on Tuesday, February 19th, at 6:00 pm to warm up with this tea workshop. Steeping an herb, flower or root in boiling water makes tisanes, not tea. Tea only comes from the tea plant. In this session, Matthew, Teaologist from Short and Stout Tea Co. will discuss topics regarding flavorful, easy to make and healthy tisanes. Of course, the talk would not be complete without a tasting.

This program is free and open to the public. Advanced registration is required. For more information and to register, call the library at 518-274-7071 or online at www.thetroylibrary.org.  The Troy Public Library is located at 100 Second Street, Troy.
