AVERILL PARK –  The Averill Park boys & girls bowling teams had a dominating week with strong wins and career highs being set. All other winter sports continue to be on hold. 

The boys bowling team defeated Shen on their senior night on 1/12 by a score of 5-0. Corey Basle had a career high game of 212 in the win while Joe Minehan had a 704 high series and 256 high game. The boys team came out with another 5-0 win on 1/14 against CBA. Senior Parker Brown bowled a 675 high series along with a 236 high game. Jacob Keller also contributed in the win with a series of 645 and high game of 234. Great Job Warrior Boys!  The bowling team will face Colonie in their next match on 1/25. 

The girls bowling team won 5-0 to Colonie on 1/13. Anna Wicks bowled a career high series of 625 along with a high game of 223. The win moved the Warriors to a 2-1 record. Way to go Anna! The girls team will take on Ballston Spa on 1/21 for their next match.
